The Process…

When we first start working with a client, we will do an extensive interview with you to fully understand what you are looking for in your new team member. Skills on a resume are not always what makes a good fit for a company. We will look through your required skills and help you prioritize what is most important to you and what skills could possibly be learned and developed.

Once we have compiled all of the data needed, we will use a mix of technology, contacts in the market, and basic grit to find the right candidates for your position. We will then walk you through why we think they are a good fit for your position and your company.
